Order Tracking
Backorders are acknowledged immediately with an "Expected Release Date" letter. (It comes in your package if other items you ordered are shipped. Otherwise by eMail.)

Refund Tracking
Credit card refunds are made immediately upon receipt of your return. The refund should show up on your credit card statement. Make sure that the closing date on your credit card statement occurred after your return reached us.

If you are not satisfied with any of our products you can easily contact us to receive your money back (less shipping fees). Just contact us at via the form at the bottom of this page or by phone at 1-800-597-9250.

The Nighty Night Video Return Policy

Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax.
Important: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The credit will be applied to your credit card and will appear on your statement within the next two billing cycles. To return an item or order, please package the item(s) along with a copy of the original packing slip, and ship to the address below. We recommend choosing an insured and trackable shipping method. By doing so, the package can be traced should it be lost in transit.

If you have received a defective product, we will replace all defective returns with identical product. Please contact customer service at 800-308-3125 for instructions. To be accepted as a defective product, the product must display one of the following characteristics:

  1. The tape or disc does not transport or rewind.
  2. There is loss of audio or video, i.e. B drop-outs, etc.
  3. The taped image includes lines across the screen that can't be corrected with tracking.
  4. Poor quality in video picture or low or garbled audio.
  5. No audio, low noise, static audio, color fades, picture rolls, static picture, warped, will not start, stops for no reason, film contents incomplete, incorrect title on tape or disc.

Products WILL NOT be accepted as returned defectives if the following applies:

  1. Product is not in its original packaging
  2. Product is cracked, crushed or abused.

You must initiate a claim with the carrier for all products that are damaged in transit. We suggest that you retain the original shipping carton and notify the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.) immediately upon receipt of damaged goods.

We will not issue you a credit for goods that have been damaged by the carrier.

We reserve the right to amend this policy.
